ummm, did this really happen?
Yes-I burned my chicken pot pie last night - the crust. Not enough to set the fire alarm off but dark enough to taste burned. YUK!The spicy pumpkin aroma blended with it favorably. I set the timer for 48 instead of 43, forgetting this stove seems to cook a bit hotter.I have a pecan pie pic to put up which perfectly demonstrates...why I don't make pies. To say I burned it is an understatement! In all fairness...I think it was the oven but I should've put foil over it. Just never had to before.:)
