I'll try to remember these words. I'm having a bit of a bad time right now and I'm terrified of the upcoming surgery. Trying to stay positive though...ciao

That said...sometimes, we have to make a different game plan though.

Hang in there, Rositta. We all can certainly understand where you are coming from. We'll be following you and your recovery. My Canadian ally.;)

Hi Rositta - I understand "terrified" of surgery and I am sorry you are facing that. Positive *is* so important! I will come over to see you as soon as I can. I have to go out in a few minutes. Thanks for stopping by. :)

I know Angel ..but I am not ready to look at a different game plan yet ..not that it isn't in the back of my mind ..just not there yet. But I understand.

Don't forget, Spray...I'm having to, too. I think both John and I were derailed. You think you are on one path and then, boom - game plan changes. My tuition-flush....

SeaSpray--Thanks for giving us all a dose of positive thought and encouragement!

Much needed these days with so many negative health care politics articles in the medical blogosphere.

Have a great week!

I know what you mean Angel. I was with the urology stuff ..usually not imminently threatening like you and John .. but I do know derailed and believing for healing so I don't have to look at the surgery I have desperately tried to avoid. (I do understand Rositta's feelings) My friend is saying no matter what ..her life is forever changed and is concerned she will always live in fear. I have had moments of fear and concern ..but THAT dx has to be one of the worst. She will meet with oncology for 1st time tomorrow. I will be e-mailing. Thank you for all your wonderful guidance and support.

I don't understand what you mean by flush. ?

Thanks Lockup Doc! I agree with you about the negativity much to process in the news and even personal life. I wish we could all go away to the vacation of our choice ..sans any form of communication and really get away from it all.

I haven't been out in the blogs as much, but I am going to try to so I can have some balance with other things to think about and blogging is one from of relaxing that causes me to feel immediate peace like when one takes that first drink of alcohol ..that let your hair down relaxed feeling ..ahhhh. And I can drive afterward. ;)

I will be visiting your blog. I tried to leave a comment one night and it wouldn't work.. but I enjoyed your blog. :)

I have been mia with my blogging friends.

And even in here ..remiss in quality blogging ..but I will be back into it. :)

I was referring to the injury actually, but with both, you'd think I'd be an expert at regrouping. ha,ha. So far, I have remained NED (No evidence of disease, but we all know the nature of the beast.)

Keep me posted on your friend. It will be a whirlwind now.

And Amen to no politics. Ugh!

Hi Angel - I was a bit slow on the uptake of that one. i wasn't sure if you meant that or to flush out the ca with some medicine or type of procedure.
